Refund & Delivery Policy

Current payment status

Guideling Helper is in a coming-soon launch-signup phase. Pricing is not final. This website does not currently offer public checkout, payment links, public invoice forms, subscriptions, or recurring billing signup.

If paid services are offered later

Any paid Guideling Helper offer will state the price, delivery format, cancellation terms, and refund terms before payment. If a customer pays for a digital or service-based deliverable, refund eligibility will depend on whether work has started, what has been delivered, and the written terms shown at purchase or invoice time.

General refund review posture

• If payment is collected and work has not started, a refund may be available upon request.
• If work has started, any refund is reviewed based on completed work, delivered materials, and the reason for the request.
• Completed digital reviews, templates, setup materials, or documentation may be non-refundable once delivered unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For refund, cancellation, or support questions, email lawrenceholl.ops@gmail.com. Please include the email address used for the order and a plain description of the issue. Do not send card numbers, bank details, passwords, or sensitive credentials.
